I cannot recommend this company enough. I called at 12.30 pm and they could see me right away. They then ran recovery on my SD card all afternoon and kept me updated via phone calls and WhatsApp. They managed to recover a lot of the files on my SD card. However, not the files I was looking for. Because they did not manage to get the files I needed they did not charge me anything! $0 for a lot of hours of work, as their company policy is, if they don’t recover the needed data they don’t charge. That is what I call customer service.
